YourSayPays Panel Quality
The quality of our panel is closely monitored with many programmed automated quality checks along with manual processes to sense check panellist participation.
Our database software has been carefully designed to monitor and manage panel recruitment and panel participation.
YourSayPays has thorough duplication checks around email addresses, IP addresses and sign up dates and times. All new panellists are manually checked too. The YourSayPays software automatically registers IP addresses ensuring only people in UK and ROI can join YourSayPays.
New panellists supply comprehensive demographic information during their sign up. This information includes:
- Household Income
- Employment Status
- Number of Employees
- Marital Status
- Homeowner Status
- Number of children
- Your children's ages
- Are you Vegetarian?
- Do you smoke?
- Do you have any pets?
Panellists are automatically notified if a change is needed to their account should the demographic information require updating or changing.
The demographic information we collect allows us to target the right people quickly (such as people with children). However, as part of the survey it is usual to verify this information again.
Any other demographic information that is required can be added at the start of a survey ensuring the only the correct group go on to answer the survey questions.
YourSayPays takes strict and immediate action against any suspicious behaviour from a panellist. Any panellist found to be abusing our terms and conditions either by providing meaningless answers to surveys or abusing other panellists on our forum will be formally warned and have their YourSayPays membership terminated and refused future access to the site.
Panellists seeking to terminate panel membership of their own volition can do so easily. YourSayPays does not keep a record of their personal information after they have unsubscribed.
The security of our panellists is of the upmost importance, YourSayPays does not ask any sensitive personal information and we ensure that no individual can be isolated and identified based on their responses.
YourSayPays surveys run both through invitation (an email sent with a link to the survey within) and also through the website. Panellists can only take part in any survey once. If a panellist’s responses register them as ineligible to take part in the survey, our software ensures the respondent is unable to re enter the survey and answer differently. Usually a survey of 10 to 20 questions requiring 2000 responses will require approximately 2-3 days to fill depending on the subject matter.
Every 6 months YourSayPays has a demographic review, contacting all panel members and asking them to check and update their settings and details if necessary.
At YourSayPays we work hard to maintain a good relationship with our panellists. Panellists are actively encouraged to make contact with the team at YourSayPays and with other panellists, this can be done either via the site, email or through the web forums. YourSayPays endeavour to reply to any queries or deal with any problems that arise within 24 hours if possible.
When people join our panel they are asked to join a genuine market research panel with a structured rewards system and an option to unsubscribe at any time.
