YourSayPays is a UK online research panel which helps businesses and brands discover people’s perceptions and views for knowledge and insight.

Q3. What is the process for creating a survey?
- We follow a standard process for the development of an online survey
- Understanding Client Objectives (desired outcomes & what the client wants to find out)
- Define & Agree Sample Criteria (based on the desired outcomes, who is the target recipient to send the survey to?)
- Agree Sample Size
- Questionnaire Development (based on desired outcomes, creation of the questionnaire – style, type of questions & responses, tone)
- Once above agreed, posting of the survey with invites sent to sample
- When questionnaire responses completed, YourSayPays to prepare campaign report
- Report emailed to client by agreed time-frame, with key stats & insights highlighted
- Agree and identify any supplementary surveys required with the client
Yes we can. Our experienced team are dedicated to providing excellent project management support and questionnaire design to assist you in achieving the results you require.
Yes. Images can be included and can often make the surveys more interesting for the panel to complete.
Q6. Do all your surveys look the same?
We can use images or even put a client logo on each page of our surveys to augment the regular YourSayPays styling if required.
Q7. How do you decide who to send the questionnaire to?
YourSayPays surveys run both through invitation (an email sent with a link to the survey within) and also through the website. Our software does enable us to be able to send out invites only to those meeting a specific demographic (as shown in the demographics section), but for a standard survey requiring a national response and a natural fall out of demographics we will email out to a randomized sample of our panellists ensuring a fair mix of responses.
We have an active community of over 35,000 UK panellists whom respond to bespoke online surveys and polls to provide clients with insights and knowledge relating to a whole range of topics.

Surveys start from £950 which includes 10 closed questions and 1000 responses. For more information or to receive a bespoke quotation contact us.
Q11. Why is it so reasonably priced?
There are several reason. We are ambitious to grow and build relationships with new clients. We also don’t want bored panellists – the more clients the more surveys for them to complete.
We can generate 1000 responses usually within 24 – 48 hours. From the signoff of a project the questionnaire results will normally be back to you in a week.

We do. You won’t have any hidden or extra costs to worry about.
