Since 2007 YourSayPays has been running online surveys to its thousands of panellists. YourSayPays surveys have included a variety of subjects from banking complaints, health insurance and social networking to favourite family meals and groovy grandparents.
Our flagship survey is the respected UK Customers Satisfaction Index (UKCSI), commissioned by the Institute of Customer Service to understand levels of customer satisfaction across 13 sectors in the UK. Results are published on the site www.ukcsi.org
Protecting the quality of the panel is of paramount importance to the success of YourSaYPays. Internal audits and rigorous sampling ensure that respondents are invited to take part in surveys at random. YourSayPays has the benefit of passionate panellists that contribute to the website and help to monitor the forums.
